Weekly Focus — From $3.6M Last Month to What I’m Building Now
Last month my main agency closed at $3.6M in gross earnings. I’m sharing this because everything inside this community comes from real operations — not theory. New week, new focus. Here’s what I’m working on. 1 — Building a real organic content plan (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) This week I’m structuring a real content plan for my personal brand. The goal is to publish consistent organic content across: - Instagram Reels - TikTok - YouTube Shorts Content will revolve around: - real OFM operations - business building and scaling - the SubAgency model - the iGaming activities I work on every day - the behind-the-scenes of a $3.6M/month ecosystem No motivational fluff. Just documented execution. 2 — BSD Inner Circle: OFM + integrating iGaming (a real vertical of my ecosystem) Inside BSD Inner Circle, I want to include both verticals I actively run: • OFM (Creator & Agency Scaling) • iGaming (real operations I work on daily) iGaming is not a “new idea”. It’s already part of my ecosystem and my daily work. I use the same frameworks in both industries: - traffic - funnels - team - systems - automation - scaling - risk management - data-driven execution This week I’m defining how to document iGaming inside the community: - I may show operations I already run - or document an iGaming project from zero 3 — Structuring new Funnels & Meta Ads for OnlyFans (with new tools) Paid acquisition evolves every week. This week I’m working on: - new Meta Ads funnels for OnlyFans - new tracking systems - automated rules - budget optimization - scaling across different markets Goal: bring paid acquisition to the same level of precision as our internal operations. 4 — SubAgency Acquisition (Italy → Spain → International) I’m continuing to evaluate SubAgency acquisition opportunities. - Italy remains the priority - but I’m also open to agencies in the Spanish market - and international high-potential teams

Mid-Week Update — What’s Really Happening Behind the Scenes
Here’s a full breakdown of what I’ve learned so far this week across Salary Models, SubAgency, performance changes in Italy, mentorship, and my physical discipline reset. 1 — Salary Models Agency (First Real Insights) After two days of analysis, the Salary Models vertical is already showing clear pros and cons. The market is saturated and full of unstructured agencies that burn models and damage trust. We selected a model for a first test yesterday — but this morning she declined after we required the full management of all her OF profiles. And that confirms the most important point: A Salary Model must work only for you. A salaried creator can’t: - split limited time across multiple agencies - follow different operational visions - respond to multiple teams - scale under 3 different management systems If you build her from zero and push her into Italian → international → Spanish markets, you need exclusivity, starting with a salary and evolving into a percentage-based system. PROS: • Total creative freedom • You build the image you want • Full control of the funnel • Strong scalability if executed correctly CONS: • Market distrust due to incompetent agencies • Harder onboarding • Exclusivity required • More friction with candidates I’ll continue testing this vertical throughout the week. 2 — Main Agency Optimization (Post Age-Verification — Real Data) Here are the first real numbers following Italy’s new age-verification requirement: • -50% traffic • -15% revenue And realistically, it may get worse in the next months. I’m monitoring everything daily so I can share real, accurate data, not assumptions. This situation reinforces the importance of what I built a year and a half ago: international channels. Because international profiles: - have a much bigger audience - generate higher spending - scale faster - reduce dependency on one country - offer more stability Higher structure costs, yes — but international always scales better than Italian.

New week — new direction. These are the areas I’m focusing on this week. No noise. Only real execution. 1 — Evaluating the Salary Models Agency (Hollywood Approach) This week I’m seriously evaluating the launch of a Salary Models Agency, applying the same frameworks that pushed my main agency past $40M/year. Main agency = talent-based creators. Salary Models Agency = test agency, built from zero — like Hollywood builds emerging artists. I’m analysing: - pros & cons - costs and sustainability - real scalability - team impact - operational feasibility - long-term potential Strategic decision, not emotional. 2 — Optimizing my main agency after Italy’s age-verification law Since Nov 12, Italy introduced mandatory 18+ verification via a third-party provider. More friction → slower conversions. This week’s focus: - faster chat operations - redesigned conversion flows - retention improvement - multi-channel acquisition - speed and structure optimization The market evolves. I evolve faster. 3 — SubAgency Model (Italy → international) I’m building the foundation of an international SubAgency model. Italy is phase one. Next steps will expand the same method, structure and execution into multiple countries. This week I’m defining: - system architecture - processes - workflow - roles & responsibilities - first candidates - operational backbone Each SubAgency will be a mini-agency with the same DNA of my main one. 4 — Mentorship: scaling the new student to 3× New student details: - <1 month of agency - 2–3 models - first month close to $5,000 This week: - rebuild - clean - optimize - stabilize - define processes - push to minimum 3× revenue Scaling isn’t luck — it’s method. 5 — Physical Discipline & Performance Reset (Starting at 88.5 kg) From 2021 to today I focused entirely on business — and neglected physical discipline. Today I weighed myself: 88.5 kg. Starting this week: - training - nutrition - consistency - physical performance

[9 Days of Silence — Here’s What I Built]
9 days without speaking. I wasn’t gone — I was preparing the next level. I took this time to restructure my personal brand and define how I want to deliver real, high-quality content across my social channels and inside BSD Inner Circle. From now on the focus is: consistency, depth and real execution. 📊 Business Update (Nov 1–23) Gross agency revenue: $2,653,041.37. We saw a slight drop in conversions from the Italian market due to the new regulation that became effective on November 12: Italy introduced a mandatory age-verification system (18+) for accessing adult content. This adds an external verification step — handled by a third party — which naturally creates friction in the funnel and slows down the purchase flow. This is not an operational issue on our side. It’s the new system imposed by the regulation. 🎓 New Mentorship A new guy joined the mentorship: his agency is less than a month old, he manages 2–3 creators and is already close to $5,000 in his first month. Minimum target: ➡️ bring him to at least 3× his current revenue, using my frameworks and my internal structure (marketing, chatting, finance, scaling). 📣 Market Response Over the past few days, several Italian OFM operators started reaching out and reacting to the content I’m putting out. When you communicate with quality, the market responds immediately. 🌍 The model I’m building I’m developing a SubAgency model starting from Italy and expanding into multiple other countries. The goal is to replicate my method and structure from zero and take each SubAgency to 6 figures. I provide: - training - marketing infrastructure - chatting team - finance management - processes - scaling systems An international, replicable model — and I’ll document every phase.
