9 days without speaking. I wasn’t gone — I was preparing the next level. I took this time to restructure my personal brand and define how I want to deliver real, high-quality content across my social channels and inside BSD Inner Circle. From now on the focus is: consistency, depth and real execution. 📊 Business Update (Nov 1–23) Gross agency revenue: $2,653,041.37. We saw a slight drop in conversions from the Italian market due to the new regulation that became effective on November 12: Italy introduced a mandatory age-verification system (18+) for accessing adult content. This adds an external verification step — handled by a third party — which naturally creates friction in the funnel and slows down the purchase flow. This is not an operational issue on our side. It’s the new system imposed by the regulation. 🎓 New Mentorship A new guy joined the mentorship: his agency is less than a month old, he manages 2–3 creators and is already close to $5,000 in his first month. Minimum target: ➡️ bring him to at least 3× his current revenue, using my frameworks and my internal structure (marketing, chatting, finance, scaling). 📣 Market Response Over the past few days, several Italian OFM operators started reaching out and reacting to the content I’m putting out. When you communicate with quality, the market responds immediately. 🌍 The model I’m building I’m developing a SubAgency model starting from Italy and expanding into multiple other countries. The goal is to replicate my method and structure from zero and take each SubAgency to 6 figures. I provide: - training - marketing infrastructure - chatting team - finance management - processes - scaling systems An international, replicable model — and I’ll document every phase.
