1 — Building a real organic content plan (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
This week I’m structuring a real content plan for my personal brand.
The goal is to publish consistent organic content across:
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
Content will revolve around:
- real OFM operations
- business building and scaling
- the SubAgency model
- the iGaming activities I work on every day
- the behind-the-scenes of a $3.6M/month ecosystem
No motivational fluff.
Just documented execution.
2 — BSD Inner Circle: OFM + integrating iGaming (a real vertical of my ecosystem)
Inside BSD Inner Circle, I want to include both verticals I actively run:
• OFM (Creator & Agency Scaling)
• iGaming (real operations I work on daily)
iGaming is not a “new idea”.
It’s already part of my ecosystem and my daily work.
I use the same frameworks in both industries:

- data-driven execution
This week I’m defining how to document iGaming inside the community:

- or document an iGaming project from zero
3 — Structuring new Funnels & Meta Ads for OnlyFans (with new tools)
Paid acquisition evolves every week.
This week I’m working on:
- new Meta Ads funnels for OnlyFans
- new tracking systems
- automated rules
- budget optimization
- scaling across different markets
Goal: bring paid acquisition to the same level of precision as our internal operations.
4 — SubAgency Acquisition (Italy → Spain → International)
I’m continuing to evaluate SubAgency acquisition opportunities.
- Italy remains the priority
- but I’m also open to agencies in the Spanish market
- and international high-potential teams
I don’t look for volume.
I look for:
- discipline
- structure
- speed
- transparency
- long-term mindset
This week is about analyzing and filtering the right profiles.
5 — Recruiting Models: Italy, Argentina & Colombia
I’m refining the weekly Hiring System across three markets:
I’m building:
- a dedicated recruitment funnel for Argentina and Colombia
- a structured evaluation & onboarding process
- a system that will be integrated into the future Model Marketplace inside BSD Inner Circle
This will give agencies inside the community:
- pre-qualified models
- verified profiles
- ready-to-work opportunities
A real operational asset — not just content.
6 — Evaluating BSD Inner Circle as a paid community
I’m also considering transforming BSD Inner Circle into a premium paid community, maintaining:
- verified members
- premium access
- high-level conversations
- operational value
- integrated services like the Model Marketplace
I’m evaluating:
- pricing
- included benefits
- long-term structure
- and how to make it the strongest operational community in Italy and internationally.
