Mid-Week Update — What’s Really Happening Behind the Scenes
Here’s a full breakdown of what I’ve learned so far this week across Salary Models, SubAgency, performance changes in Italy, mentorship, and my physical discipline reset.
1 — Salary Models Agency (First Real Insights)
After two days of analysis, the Salary Models vertical is already showing clear pros and cons.
The market is saturated and full of unstructured agencies that burn models and damage trust.
We selected a model for a first test yesterday — but this morning she declined after we required the full management of all her OF profiles.
And that confirms the most important point:
A Salary Model must work only for you.
A salaried creator can’t:
  • split limited time across multiple agencies
  • follow different operational visions
  • respond to multiple teams
  • scale under 3 different management systems
If you build her from zero and push her into Italian → international → Spanish markets, you need exclusivity, starting with a salary and evolving into a percentage-based system.
PROS:
• Total creative freedom
• You build the image you want
• Full control of the funnel
• Strong scalability if executed correctly
CONS:
• Market distrust due to incompetent agencies
• Harder onboarding
• Exclusivity required
• More friction with candidates
I’ll continue testing this vertical throughout the week.
2 — Main Agency Optimization (Post Age-Verification — Real Data)
Here are the first real numbers following Italy’s new age-verification requirement:
• -50% traffic
• -15% revenue
And realistically, it may get worse in the next months.
I’m monitoring everything daily so I can share real, accurate data, not assumptions.
This situation reinforces the importance of what I built a year and a half ago:
international channels.
Because international profiles:
  • have a much bigger audience
  • generate higher spending
  • scale faster
  • reduce dependency on one country
  • offer more stability
Higher structure costs, yes —
but international always scales better than Italian.
3 — SubAgency Model (First Concrete Steps)
This week I evaluated a potential partnership to become one of my SubAgencies.
It wasn’t aligned with my standards.
Normal.
This is why selection matters.
The SubAgency model will only work with people who guarantee:
  • discipline
  • quality
  • speed
  • operational transparency
  • long-term vision
Italy remains phase one before going global.
4 — Mentorship Update (Gio)
Yesterday I spoke with Gio.
He’ll likely close the month at $7–8k, with 90% of revenue generated by one model.
He’s not a beginner:
he has experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and infobusiness in trading.
He understands performance.
This makes the mentorship genuinely exciting.
Goal remains the same:
take him to at least 3×, with a stable and scalable structure.
5 — Physical Upgrade (Concrete First Steps)
I’ve been thinking a lot about my physical discipline.
From 2021 until now, I put business first and neglected the physical side — energy, discipline, athletic routine.
This week I’m considering hiring a personal trainer to:
  • lose 10+ kg over the next 5 months
  • improve body composition
  • add muscle mass
  • build a sustainable routine
  • create physical discipline as part of my performance system
I want to be followed seriously for the first year, then continue on my own.
In summary
Salary Models analysis, optimization after age-verification with real data, SubAgency foundation, mentorship with Gio, and the beginning of my physical transformation.
More updates soon.
