Word of the Week (and Word of the Year): EASE
This week’s Word of the Week is also my Word of the Year:
EASE
I want my life to be easier.
How about you?
Not lazy.
Not careless.
Not checked out.
Just less friction.
Here’s what ease looks like for me right now:
-I want to connect more deeply with God, my family, and my friends
-I want to avoid wasting time, energy, and money on things that don’t matter
-I want to make more money per hour and work less, not grind more
For a long time, I believed progress required more effort, more pushing, more doing.
What I’m learning is this:
Clarity creates ease.
Structure creates ease.
Alignment creates ease.
When I’m clear on my priorities, my decisions get simpler.
When my systems are dialed in, my days feel lighter.
When I put God first, everything else tends to fall into place.
Ease doesn’t mean life is perfect.
It means I stop making things harder than they need to be.
That’s my intention this year.
Less force.
More flow.
Less noise.
More alignment.
