Thrive Thursday Replay — NAD+ & Your Energy (Watch + Download Handout Below)
If you missed Thursday's live session — or you want to go back and review what we covered — here is the full recording. This is one of the most practical and eye-opening calls we have done. NAD+ is a topic that comes up constantly in the longevity and optimization space right now — and there is a lot of noise around it. My goal was to cut through that and give you clear, honest, actionable information so you can decide what your next step actually is. Here is what we covered: -What NAD+ is and why every cell in your body depends on it -Why it declines nearly 50% by age 40 — and what that means for your energy, brain, metabolism, and recovery -The four areas it impacts most: energy, cognitive clarity, metabolism, and healthy aging -What is depleting your NAD+ right now — and the lifestyle changes that start restoring it immediately -Your options — from oral NMN and NR powder all the way to physician-supervised injection and IV therapy through Celara Med -Common questions answered live — including whether store-bought NMN is worth it and whether there is real science behind all of this The handout from the call is here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fiEVF88-OrFtHrTTTDoBUQh3ObsEmOhpiayKIjh7k1Y/edit?usp=sharing Print it out, save it to your phone, or keep it somewhere you will actually reference it. It walks you through everything we covered plus your next steps. If you have questions after watching — drop them in the comments. I will answer every one. And if you are ready to explore physician-supervised NAD+ therapy, just send me a direct message or visit the links below. A licensed physician will review your case and determine what is appropriate for you specifically. Two Best NAD Options: Option 1 — Oral NMN or NR Supplement NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) and NR (Nicotinamide Riboside) are the two most researched oral precursors to NAD+. Your body converts them into NAD+ over time. Results build cumulatively over weeks. Convenient and accessible — but quality varies widely between brands. Physician-grade is meaningfully different from what you find on Amazon. Here is my recommended source: Jinfiniti

THRIVE THURSDAY COACHING CALL — Energy & NAD+
Open to Everyone — Members, Subscribers & Guests Welcome Do you have time to talk ahout NRG tomorrow? This week's word has been ENERGY — and tomorrow's coaching call goes straight to one of the most important and misunderstood topics in the wellness space right now. NAD+. You may have heard of it. You may have seen it on social media or in a longevity article. But most people don't fully understand what it actually is, why it matters so much after 40, and what their real options are. Tomorrow I'm going to break it all down in plain language — and help you figure out your next step. Here is what we will cover: What NAD+ actually is — and why it is at the center of the energy conversation for anyone over 40. Why your NAD+ levels decline with age — and what that decline means for your energy, metabolism, brain function, sleep, and recovery. Spoiler: NAD+ drops nearly 50% by age 40. That is not a minor decline. The four areas NAD+ impacts most — energy and mitochondria, cognitive clarity, metabolism and body composition, and healthy aging. What depletes NAD+ fastest — alcohol, poor sleep, chronic stress, ultra-processed food. Most of us are dealing with several of these at once. How to support NAD+ naturally first — lifestyle always comes before any supplement or therapy. Your options — from oral NMN and NR powder all the way to physician-supervised injection and IV therapy through Celara Med. I will explain each option clearly so you can decide what makes sense for your goals and your budget. Common questions answered — including "can't I just buy NMN at the store?" and "is there real science behind this?" A handout will be available on the call and posted here in Skool afterward. This session is free and open to everyone — members, subscribers, and guests. Bring a friend who has been asking about NAD+ or longevity therapies. This is exactly the right starting point. Two ways to join: In person — Education Room at Life Time Folsom, Thursday at 4PM Virtual — Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/5212548446?pwd=OHk3TFZKa1JydE1abm80QVA1K0hZdz09

THRIVE THURSDAY COACHING CALL — Energy & NAD+
Word of the Week: ENERGY
Two weeks ago the word was FORGIVENESS. Last week it was PURPOSE. This week — ENERGY. Because here is what I have learned after decades of coaching, personal development, and a lot of honest self-reflection: Purpose gives you direction. Energy is what actually moves you. And most of us are running on empty — without even realizing it. Last week I shared my life purpose with you. I want to revisit it here because I think it matters for what I am about to say. The purpose of my life is to be a vessel for God, an agent for change, and a force for good. To love and to play. To appreciate my blessings. And to do healing work — for myself first, and then for others. I developed this in a program called Date with Destiny — created by Tony Robbins. I have done that program three times. It was transformational in ways I cannot fully put into words. If you have not seen the Netflix documentary about it — it is called I Am Not Your Guru, from 2014. I highly recommend watching it. You might even catch a glimpse of me in it. But here is the part of my purpose that I want to focus on today: The order matters. Heal myself first. Then others. Love and play first. Then I can give. Plug into a higher source first. Then I have something to offer. If I skip those steps and try to give from my own tank — it runs out. Every time. Here is the analogy that keeps coming back to me: Think about your phone. It is an incredible device. It can do almost anything. But it can only run so long before it needs to be recharged. And if you ignore the battery warning long enough — it just shuts off. Mid-conversation. Mid-task. Without warning. You and I are exactly the same. We only have so much energy. And when we ignore the warning signs — chronic fatigue, hormone imbalance, cortisol that rises and never comes back down, adrenal exhaustion, accelerated aging, unexplained weight gain, brain fog — our system starts to shut down too. And then we ask ourselves: why do I feel this way? How did I end up here? Why me?

@Sher Crawford that is a great share Sheri. Love the action. Life can surely seem overwhelming. We live in a reactive society- we do what needs to be done now. Often times that is because we have procrastinated or we are lacking organization and focus. A to do list is very important. I need to write everything down myself. A good practice am and pm

Word of the Week: Purpose
Last week I shared something personal about forgiveness — and the response I received was unlike anything I have experienced before. So many of you reached out. So many of you said you needed that word. If you missed it — I invite you to go back and read it. It clearly touched something real in a lot of people, including me. This week the word goes even deeper. PURPOSE. This morning at District Church in El Dorado Hills, the Summer at the Movies series continued. Today's film was The Secret Life of Walter Mitty — the story of a man who appears to live a small, monotonous, purposeless life. He zones out. He daydreams. He is invisible, even to himself. He is hopelessly in love with a woman he cannot find the courage to speak to. And then — through a series of unexpected events — he is forced to step outside his comfort zone and take one step. Then another. Then another. And somewhere along the way he discovers who he actually is. Here are some of the notes I wrote during the message: Take the next step even when there is fear. Trust and take steps. Sometimes you take every step and feel like it is a road to nowhere. Don't give up. Don't stop fighting. Courage and adventure. Walk one step at a time. I pray to be the best version of myself. That last one — I wrote it for myself. Now I want to share something I have never talked about publicly before. Before the pandemic, I had three physical locations for my fitness and nutrition coaching business in the San Francisco Bay Area. I had built something I was proud of. Something that took years of work, sacrifice, and passion. COVID took it from me almost overnight. Virtual coaching helped me survive. It allowed my family to relocate to El Dorado Hills and start over in a new place. But when people returned to gyms and in-person life, virtual coaching was never quite the same. I had to figure out what was next. How to reinvent myself. What my purpose looked like in this new chapter. I reluctantly took a position at Life Time Fitness. And I want to be honest — I fought it. Being an employee of a major corporation after years of running my own business was one of the hardest adjustments I have ever made. For a while I did the minimum. I resisted. I questioned everything.
