As we head into a brand-new year, I want to personally invite you to a free virtual goal-setting workshop I’m hosting this Thursday at 4:00 PM Pacific.
This workshop is open to anyone, anywhere, and is designed specifically for adults 50+ who want clarity, direction, and a realistic plan for 2026 — without extremes or overwhelm.
What This Workshop Is (and Isn’t)
This is not:
- a workout
- a diet
- a hard sales presentation
This is:
- a clear, guided process to define your health goals for 2026
- a simple framework to help you follow through
- practical tools you can use immediately
You will leave with a one-page “Be Better Plan” — a powerful goal-setting framework adapted from Tony Robbins that helps you:
- clearly define your goals
- reconnect to why those goals matter
- identify simple, sustainable action steps
We’ll use my 7 Daily Primal Needs framework to create action steps that actually fit your life, including:
- foundational nutrition guidance (including common inflammatory foods)
- simple morning and evening rituals
- movement, recovery, and stress-management priorities
You’ll also have time to ask questions and get clarity around what may be holding you back right now.
Why I’m Hosting This
-Many people over 50 are already trying hard — exercising, eating “pretty well,” staying active — yet still feel stuck, inflamed, or frustrated.
This workshop is about strategy, not willpower.
It’s about understanding what your body needs now and creating a plan that supports energy, strength, and long-term health.
