Happy New Year 🎉
Let’s kick off 2026 with one of my favorite January rituals:
Choosing your “word of the year.”
Take a moment to think about it.
What one word or phrase makes you feel energized, grounded, or hopeful for 2026?
Think of it as your 2026 North Star — an intention that helps guide your health, your relationships, your work, and your life when things get busy (because they will).
It doesn’t need to be profound or poetic.
It just needs to mean something to you.
Some client favorites over the years:
✨ Purpose
✨ Strength
✨ Focus
✨ Resilient
✨ Committed
✨ Empowered
The choices are endless, but the goal is the same:
👉 Choose a word (or phrase, or even a verse) that brings you back to what matters most in 2026.
Your simple challenge
- Choose your word or phrase for 2026
- Make it visible — mirror, sticky note, phone background
- Use it as your compass when you feel distracted or overwhelmed
Spend a little time on this. It often creates more clarity than any resolution list ever could.
👉 If you’d like, hit reply and send me your word. I truly enjoy seeing what people choose.
A gentle option if you want a simple reset
Some people like to start the year with a short reset — not as a long-term solution, but as a way to clear the noise, reduce inflammation, and reconnect with better habits before building something sustainable.
If that sounds like you, I offer a 14- or 21-Day Detox that many clients use as an easy, cost-effective starting point.
It’s not meant to be a forever plan — just a structured way to create awareness and momentum.

For transparency, my word for 2026 is EASE.
This year, I want to move with more lightness — less force, less stress, and more presence. More time with family, more travel, and fewer moments of feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
In a couple of days, I’ll send you another simple exercise to help you turn your word into meaningful action for 2026.
Let’s make this year count — calmly and intentionally.
Warmly,
Brien Shamp
