Why VAPI & Retell — But Not Telnyx AI?
Curious question for builders 👀
Why do most builders of AI voice agents today use VAPI or Retell, but relatively few use Telnyx AI Assistants—even though Telnyx is commonly used for the underlying telecom layer?
Would love to hear real-world experiences or tradeoffs others have seen.
