Warm transfers - how to ask transferred if would like to accept call

Is there anyway in Retell to allow the AI to whisper a call summary of an inbound call being transferred to transferee and then ask the transferee if the would like to accept or decline the call - if accepted they take the call, and if declined - call routes back to the AI to continue the call and take a message? I assume will need some sort of custom routing with Twilio studio or no code automations. Anyone have any ideas?
