VAPI vs RETELL vs Eleven Labs

Not sure if this has been already asked.. my apologies.. i did search and couldnt find.

So.. I am down the rabbit hole of voice assistant. I have a client that wants inbound receptionist.

From my breif understanding, I could just use Eleven labs, due to all being on one system and has the "best" voices. Then I read that VAPI is more flexible and then plug in with eleven labs. Then I read posts here, and people suggest Retell... hence my confusion.

I understand n8n can assist with things like appointments, calendar, email... but I am just not sure which platform to chose. I'm also conscious of potential lag/delay hopping between the different platforms.

Also... as a nice to have, a chatbot that I can add to the website that can offer similar advise and access to the same library of info to answer questions etc...
