Title: Time Offset Issue When Booking/Rescheduling – Need Help
Hey everyone,
I’ve set up my AI voice agent and everything is working perfectly in both checking avability and booking/rescheduling/cancel scenarios. However, I’m running into one recurring problem:Whenever I book an appointment or reschedule one, the time is always offset by 1 hour behind. For example, If I select 13:00, it books as 12:00 on Cal.com. I've already changed module to the America/Toronto time zone.
I’d like to know:
  • Which module in Make or part in the Retell prompt, you changed to fix this?
  • Was there something specific you had to change in Cal.com settings (time zone, formatting, etc.)?
If this issue has already been answered in the community, could you please share the link to that post?
