How to pass the selected service type into the confirmation email and calendar event
I followed this tutorial to build an AI receptionist with Make and Retell. Everything works great, but I can't figure out how to pass the service type the caller selected into the confirmation email and the calendar event. Title: Time Offset Issue When Booking/Rescheduling – Need Help
Hey everyone, I’ve set up my AI voice agent and everything is working perfectly in both checking avability and booking/rescheduling/cancel scenarios. However, I’m running into one recurring problem:Whenever I book an appointment or reschedule one, the time is always offset by 1 hour behind. For example, If I select 13:00, it books as 12:00 on Cal.com. I've already changed module to the America/Toronto time zone. I’d like to know: - Which module in Make or part in the Retell prompt, you changed to fix this? - Was there something specific you had to change in Cal.com settings (time zone, formatting, etc.)? Need Help Fetching Credential ID from Cal.com
Hey everyone šŸ‘‹ I’m currently building a custom voice agent and trying to connect Cal.com with Retell AI using Make.com. I’ve been able to retrieve my schedule info from Cal.com via the API, but I’m stuck on getting the correct credential ID needed for the /busy-times endpoint. If anyone has experience working with Cal.com’s API (especially around authentication or credential management), I’d really appreciate your help in understanding, where to properly get the credentialId

If you put it as a function in Retell you're right, Im talking about the HTTP module make a request (Get all the busy hours) in the scenario.
