Retell or VAPI or something else?
Hey there,
I run a lead gen agency. I have an internal call centre that converts leads into appointments for my clients.
One of our bottlenecks is scaling the call centre. As a result, I'd like to start testing AI Voice.
I'm curious which platform this community would recommend to investigate?
Seems like Vapi or Retell are the most popular.
My Tech Stack:
GoHighLevel
AirTable
Make or N8N (I use and am comfortable with both)
Would greatly appreciate any insight or guidance.
