@RaSheem Barnett Happy to share more details: • The agent will call leads at the date and time they requested to qualify them based on my client’s criteria — such as project fit, timing, budget, etc. • The agent will need to book onsite appointments in HighLevel (GHL). • If possible, the agent should recommend time slots that group consultations by location to minimize travel time between appointments. • After each qualification call, the agent should organize call notes in a project summary template that will be shared with the client. • The agent should also be able to update relevant fields in GHL based on information gathered during the call. • For a future use case, I’d like the agent to also call leads who haven’t self-booked a qualification call — these would be warm calls since the leads previously filled out a form. Above are a few that come to mind. I have a script that Voice Agent can use. But I'm curious if I can program the agent to do x if y occurs in the event the lead forces the call to go off-script.
