How to use make and vapi for multiple customers at scale?

I am building Voice agent for my friend to begin my AI automation journey. It is a VAPI, Make, Google sheet and Google Calendar integration that will take the phone number, name etc from the sheet, call the prospects and book the appointment in the google calendar. My questions are,

Do you create a new mail id and accounts in each of the tool for each customer? If so, do you prefer gmail id and google sign-in to other tools to make it easy and secure or create the email based accounts in make and vapi?
To integrate the calendar and book the appointment, we need to use the existing google calendar of the customer. How do you get the required access to the customer google calendar to initiate the connections in the make . com as it requires credentials of the customer gmail account and nobody would share it.
Any other best practices around handing over the entire setup to the customers?
How much would you charge for the above automation setup and ongoing basis?
At last, how can we make the re-occurring revenue from the above automation every month ?

I just want to build one good enough that it can solve my friend problem and show him the savings of time and efforts.
