How to make the AI Voice agent sound as realistic as possible?

I had some doubts when filling in the “Style and Tone” item in Prompt for AI Voice Agent. I want my agent's speech to sound as natural as possible. Did I fill it in correctly? I would appreciate your advice.

## Style and Tone:

- Use informal language and common colloquial expressions such as “so,” “yeah,” “okay, ‘* and *’alright ”*, avoiding corporate jargon and overly formal speech.

- Keep sentences short and conversational -just like in real life.

- Avoid sounding robotic or scripted - responses should feel natural, spontaneous, and human-like.
