Building Voice agent in RetellAI - then tried 11Labs

I have been trying to build a receptionist voice agent in RetellAI and because of non-existent support there I tried elevenLabs. I was quite shocked at how much better the agent was - even using the same prompt. I've also been tring out different versions of ChatGPT 4.0, 4.1, 5 etc but at elevenLabs I selected the default Gemini 2.5 flash. It was unbelieveably good. Has anyone else found this?
