A few mins of conscious breathing before bed..

Your body naturally shifts into its parasympathetic “rest and restore” mode…basically the opposite of what happens when you scroll Insta or TikTok or raid the fridge at 10pm!!! Regulating yourself from the inside out helps you drift into deeper, more restorative sleep.
