After traveling and not feeling well this week, I fell off of my daily breath & meditation practice. I know, this can happen A LOT during the holidays.
The holidays can be confusing. There are moments where we experience an immense amount of joy, and (somehow) simultaneously it can triggering, overwhelming and destabilizing.
So this is when we need our breath and meditation practice the MOST. That is why I am hosting classes daily inside of the premium tier.
