Hi Friends, I am Bianca, I’m from NYC 🗽 and I’m so honored you’re here. Share: 1. Where are you from? 2. What transformation or healing are you working on? 3. What are you hoping to get out of this space? I’m most focused on right now is creating a slow but deeply impactful and intentional life.. A big part of that is supporting this community as you move through life transitions and step into your most authentic Becoming. ✨ I completely changed my own life through kundalini yoga, micro-practices, and years of consistency. What started as small daily rituals completely shifted my inner world — and from there, my entire outer reality transformed. That’s why this space means so much to me.. because I know firsthand the power of these practices. And now I get to share them with you.
Subconscious fears stuck in the body aren’t logical...
They’re somatic. That’s why this community exists. Inside our live classes and on-demand practices, we use breath, tapping, and body-based spiritual work to unwind the patterns stored in the nervous system — the ones that taught us to build walls, shrink ourselves to feel safe, or hold back our truth. You don’t have to force healing through mindset alone. You get to experience safety in the body. And from that place, old beliefs loosen their grip — naturally, gently, and in your own timing. Return to the practices when your body asks. Your nervous system will meet you exactly where you are.

It is okay to "fall off"
After traveling and not feeling well this week, I fell off of my daily breath & meditation practice. I know, this can happen A LOT during the holidays. The holidays can be confusing. There are moments where we experience an immense amount of joy, and (somehow) simultaneously it can triggering, overwhelming and destabilizing. So this is when we need our breath and meditation practice the MOST. That is why I am hosting classes daily inside of the premium tier. Are you struggling with your practice or personal goals?
