A little down time
Back from a quick trip to British Columbia to visit my parents and now out to bear camp again I found myself with some down time tonight after all the chores were done.
I brought my Kwyk Styk with me to get some reps in and make some adjustments on braceheight, remove the old string silencers and add some moveable nock points.
I’m shooting from a seated position out to 17yds. The max distance the baits are set from the blinds at the bait sites. Shooting Beman centershot 400 spine arrows. Full length with 200 gr points.
Arrows are flying very well. I’ll likely add some beaver fur silencers to the string.
Very happy with this bow so far. Thinking it maybe the hunting companion this fall or if I’m lucky to get out for the spring bear hunt I’ll be ready.
