Right now I’m doing work at the kitchen table. I have an area in the back corner of my garage where my reloading setup is at. When winter breaks and the temps rise I’ma reorganize and make space for the archery supplies and tools as well. Most of my archery supplies are in a very large multi compartment tackle box at the moment that currently resides in our walk-in bedroom closet.

@Jenn Richardson my wife is absolutely amazing, I’m definitely out of my weight class with her!
Spring’s getting closer!
Finished all my deliveries and snuck otta work early. 1st 3 shots on a beautiful sunny N Michigan February day. Weather says it’s 27° F, but the snow is melting off my roof. Forecast calling for upper 30’s-low 40’s for a bit. I know there’s more snow coming, but I savor these days after the sub 0 temps we’ve had! Blessed!

@Colton Deline thanks brother! I always figure the 1st one is what counts, the rest are practice. For the record…that was 10 yards.

Beautiful blades!
Knives
After seeing @Paul Jackson post about the knives he made, thought I would share a few I have made. I didn’t want to hijack his post. 1st three pics are a knife I finally made for myself. This drop point is 1095 steel with a deer antler handle made from a shed I found on property adjacent to our Camp. The next I made for our Bear hunting guide and his wife. The next two were made for friends and the last one I made for my aunt to give to my Uncle for Christmas. I make all my own sheaths and leather stamps.

Nice looking blades!
Off season reading
So what archery books are you reading or what do you recommend? I’m in the middle of Bows on the little delta and so far I highly recommend it.

Currently reading The Old Man and the Tree by Barry Wensel. On deck is Longbows in Wild Places by E. Don Thomas. Also anxiously awaiting my copy of The Code of Traditional Archery. I want to get a copy of Bows on the Little Delta!

I used to shoot trad, then went back my compound and eventually a crossbow. I’ve come back and I love my longbow!
