Sandalwood in Oak by Scents of Wood

SOBT tonight is this supposedly woody and mildly spicy frag. I purchased this on a field trip to House of Dubai a month or two ago. I’ve trialed it a few times and wanted to give a little more insight into it.

What I get out of this is a less than I had hoped for. Slightly pencil shaving, zero sandalwood or spice and absolutely none of the notes listed.

It’s very much a close to the body frag/skin scent after only 30 min. Zero projection or sillage. I mean if you sprayed this as if it was an EDT perhaps you might get a little better performance but why?

Longevity is perhaps 2 hours…. Really this is an expensive disappointment. It will absolutely be given away to my brother that doesn’t know the first thing about frags. 😂

What say you brothers? Tried it? Thoughts?

Don’t let my negative review dissuade you from liking or replying as we all have our likes and dislikes. For me this is at best a 2/10 frag and absolutely not FBW for its price point.
