Parfums De Marly Herod edp (2022)
A quick sweet, fruity burst but very short-lived
Transforms quickly to a cinnamon, peppery spicy, vanillic opening
Very masculine, mature, serious and elegant fragrance
A bit gourmandy but not overcloying
Great projection and sillage
Tobacco, woody, musky, creamy ambery, balsamic, smokiness on dry down
Great longevity on skin and clothes
Typical PDM bottle, heavy, dark metallic finish, heavy cap, good atomizer
Great overall performance
A would highly recommend PDM Herod ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
A very wearable soft tobacco fragrance
A perfect blend of cinnamon, tobacco, and vanilla
A supposed clone is Maison Alhambra's Hercules which is a pretty decent alternative and is less than 1/10 of the price of PDM and can do the job..
Hercules has a harsher opening, less refined blend, more linear and bit synthetic..
