Friday Night Out

Not sure why I posed like a flamingo, nevertheless. Time for the weekly date night with my bride of 28 years!

Tonight, I’m wearing a black overshirt over a black tee which sets a clean, confident foundation, while the brown corduroy pants add just the right dose of warmth and texture so the look doesn’t feel flat or too serious.

It’s getting chilly this evening , so tossing on the black leather jacket instantly sharpens everything and nudges the outfit into rugged-cool territory.

The brown ostrich boots ground the whole thing, tying the earth tones together and keeping it relaxed instead of try-hard. Overall, it’s the kind of outfit that says “effortless confidence” without looking like I spent all morning thinking about it.

Oh yeah, added some Jazz Club to take it up, another notch!
