FragranceNet Vs JomaShop

So I have ordered from both of these discount Frag centers. I will say that I have mixed feelings, not because of the products, but because of the customer service (For one of them). Might I add that I understand that convenience is not cheap, you have to pay for the comforting benefit of spectacular price points. What I mean is that we all know there is a rewarding benefit for shopping for and buying Frags at considerably less prices than these Big Box stores. Paying almost half or more off for the EXACT same product is a no-brainer!! With that being said, I just wanted to give my feedback on my experience and what I believe to be a difference maker.

FragranceNet: I can usually find what I'm looking for and the "Purpl Rewards" is surely a benefit. Side note: I don't really like the "Purpl Lux", but that's a personal preference. Not worth having a subscription to me.....meh!. They're always having a sale and the prices are to good to pass up. There is one huge problem that I have with FragNet. Customer service!!! 😒 If you place an order and one or more of your items are not available, the entire order is held up. This is not necessarily a deal breaker (I'm really in no rush), but because they don't inform the customer, than it is a deal breaker for me. When you call, you don't get clear answers and you're left with just waiting or canceling the order all together. Just email the customer or before you click "Add to Cart" say the item is backordered. Ok, so what......it's back ordered, I get that. But you take my money and make me wait......Really?? It's an unequivocal no for me.

JomaShop: I'm not even going to have this long dissertation about JS! They're great!!! And if there is an item that's backordered, they partially ship and inform the customer. This will make me pay a few dollars extra, because you had the wherewithal to think about the customer (Imagine that). Convenience cost, it's not free. I really have a disdain for inconsiderate ish!!

In the grand scheme of things, some may say it's not such a big deal, and I agree. It's principle for me. just my $.02 ijs! Have a lovely day BOS. Remember........Smell Good, Look Good & Feel Good!!
