Scent of a horrible day. Sorry for the late post. I brought this decant out today to evaluate.

This fragrance definitely carries the Amouage DNA with the frankincense and myrh. Where QB shows his own style is the creamy vanilla cedar and patchouli blended in with the rest of the notes.

Not a frag I would call progressive in development along the dry down because it maintains a relatively linear scent profile. This is not to say this isn’t a quality fragrance at all. I find it excellent warm and comforting. Projection and sillage were ok. Longevity strangely was not great and only ok. Decision became a skin scent on me after about 4-5 hours.

The hard part for me here is while I give it a solid 8.2/10, it’s not FBW for me.

Why? Because I feel I have other options that are better from Amouage.
