Well after a long day yesterday of eating and drinking on the border of the UP of Michigan with no WiFi or cell service I came back today and sweated out my hangover getting outdoor crap done in the humidity. Ugh. Time for a nice shower and A/C and relax. Sorry for the late SOTD entry boys and girls.

Knowing I wasn’t going to be outdoors I chose Epic Man today. This is my original bottle from 2010 still almost half full!!!

Absolutely love this frag. Opens with spices and incense that almost feels like a Smokey citrus. Wonderful opening. After about 15 minutes it starts to add in leather and a very mild fruity oud and slight rose like scent. I’ve always found this to be a more linear scent profile from this point on in wearing it. Not that I mind that. If it’s not broke don’t fix it!!

For me projection is a nice 3 feet. Sillage is also excellent. For myself I hold this in very high regard and a strong 9/10. Yes it’s definitely a cooler weather scent that I think truly shines in spring and especially fall. Winter evening scent also. I have worn this as a work scent but I only use one spray at work as to not be blowing out the hospital. lol

All that said I have heard the new reformulation isn’t as good and has disappointed people when they obtained a new bottle. Has anyone here found that to be the case?
