Simple Yet Tough Power Combo
Generating power from the ground up is the name of our game (golf)
This is a straight forward combo that you can add in early part of your workouts to make some serious gains in the explosivness department.
Several of my clients know and LOVE (hate) these.
If you are not confident with a barbell, start with DBs.
If you are not confident with the solution jerk at the end just do a push press.
You can spice it up however you like. Go lighter and hit more cleans for a higher heart rate.
Or go heavy and really grind it out.
