Greatful for the first step jaw notice and relax. I noticed clenching after I woke up. Will do a jaw relaxiation after waking up.
Also noticed a little „sound“ in my left jaw joint when moving the jaw to the right.
Still it‘s hard to me to focus on small steps and the consistency. It‘s like I want to do it all at once and have a problem to calm down and just listen gently to my body. 😆
