I have a lovely experience over here ♡. When the universe breathes out, breath in. And when you breath out, the universe breathes ... To perceive this opens up my presence here on the planet enormously. Excuse me while i kiss the sky, or so....how about you folks?

NOTICE THE BREATH Today, we bring awareness to something you do all day…but rarely notice: Your breath. Your breath changes with your state. And your state changes with your breath. So today is not about fixing your breathing. It's about noticing how you breathe. Reminder You don’t need to breathe perfectly. You just need to notice how you breathe. Because: When you notice your breath, you begin to regulate your nervous system.

I took 7 minutes online but had to leave cause guitarteacher needed my breath too, haha. I will do Zina, grazie!
Thougts and some effects
In combination with Zina's breathing techniques and her love for us as followers, I realized that my focus is lacking. Does anyone else recognize this? The moment I do the exercise and am aware of the effect, I slip back into my everyday activities afterwards. (They say I have a short attention span.) How can I deal with this most effectively?

Humming, sighing, and making sound can help move the body out of freeze and into safety. 👉 Try this today: 1 minute humming 5 long sighs Long “AHH” sound Jaw relaxed Tongue relaxed Then notice what changes in your body.

Electric..i feld electricity while doin it, after i quit , then tinteling then i wired myself and the light went on, you know...nerves-wires- light- i felt myself again. Clear head no fogg (Steely Dan would sing do it again)
