Hi beautiful ladies 💛 Such a powerful conversation tonight. I’m so proud of the honesty, reflection, and connection in this space. 📺 Watch the replay below ✨ What we explored this week: We dove into: - Introduction - Walking - My Roots Are Showing - And here’s what really stood out from our conversation: - Healing doesn’t have a finish line. Growth is ongoing, and that’s not a bad thing… it’s part of becoming. - The smallest steps forward matter. Movement, even when it feels slow, is still progress. - So many of our beliefs about ourselves were shaped early through comments, experiences, and expectations. - We’re not alone in this. So many of our stories overlap, even if the details are different. - Self-awareness is powerful, but self-compassion is what allows real change.
