🌿 New Audio Added: A Gentle Place to Rest (for Children)
Hello Beautiful Soul, I’ve just added the very first audio to our new children’s space, Gentle Rest for Children. This is a soft, reassuring resting practice created for little ones — especially for bedtime, quiet moments, or times when emotions feel big. There’s nothing to do and nothing to get right. Just a calm voice offering safety, comfort, and permission to rest. Parents and caregivers are very welcome to listen alongside their child or simply let the audio play in the background. It’s designed to be used gently and intuitively, in whatever way feels most supportive. This is a small beginning, and I’ll be adding more slowly and thoughtfully over time 🤍 With love, Melanie ✨

🌿 New Gratitude Practice: Gratitude for What Carries You
Hello Beautiful Soul, I’ve just added a new gratitude practice to the community called Gratitude for What Carries You. This one is for the days when gratitude doesn’t come easily — when you’re tired, emotionally full, or simply not in the mood to “look on the bright side.” There’s no mindset work here. No reframing. No pressure to feel positive. Instead, this is a slow, gentle practice that invites you to notice the quiet things that are already carrying you — your breath, your body, the ground beneath you, the supports that exist even when life feels heavy. You don’t need to feel calm. You don’t need to feel grateful. You just need to arrive as you are. This practice meets you there. You might like to return to it in the evening, after a long day, or anytime you want to feel a little more held without having to try. With love, Melanie ✨

🌑 A Gift for Eclipse Season
I’ve just added a shortened Eclipse Season Meditation to the Free section of our community. Eclipse energy can feel unsettling, emotional, or simply tiring — and this practice isn’t about working with the eclipse or setting intentions. It’s a soft place to land. A pause. A way to steady the nervous system and let things be exactly as they are. If you’re feeling sensitive, overwhelmed, or in need of rest, this meditation is there for you — no effort required. You’ll find it in the Free area whenever you need it 🤍 Take what supports you, and leave the rest.

🌑 Eclipse Season Meditation | February 2026
Hello beautiful Soul ✨ I’ve just shared a new Eclipse Season Meditation inside the community, created especially for February 2026. Eclipses can stir things quietly or deeply — not always in ways we can name. This meditation isn’t about working with the eclipse, setting intentions, or making sense of what’s shifting. It’s a place to pause, soften, and rest with the body as this threshold moment unfolds. You’re invited to lie down, get comfortable, and allow the nervous system to feel supported — without needing clarity, insight, or movement. This practice is here if you’re feeling sensitive, unsettled, spacious, tired, or simply curious. Nothing needs to be fixed. Nothing needs to be understood. Just a gentle space to be 🌒 With love, Melanie 💛

🌙 Gentle Meditations for the Moon Cycle
Hello beautiful Soul ✨ I’ve just added a new course to the community called Gentle Meditations for the Moon Cycle. This space is for those moments when the moon shifts — new moons, full moons, and eclipse seasons — and the nervous system needs steadiness rather than intensity. These meditations aren’t about manifesting, releasing, or doing anything “right.” They’re invitations to pause, listen, and rest with whatever the body is experiencing as the lunar cycle unfolds. You’ll find practices that: - support emotional and nervous system regulation - honour sensitivity and energy changes - meet the moon without pressure or expectation You’re welcome to dip in whenever it feels supportive — whether that’s lying down, resting, or simply listening. All of it belongs 🌑🌕 With love, Melanie 💛
