A beautiful new home for Bliss Yoga & Wellness
Hello beautiful Soul I’m so happy to share that my new Bliss Yoga & Wellness Teachable site is now live, and it feels so much more spacious, beautiful, and aligned with the way I want to hold this work 🤍 I really want to encourage you to make the move over there with me, as this is where I’ll be focusing my energy and continuing to build everything out more fully. The lovely thing is that there is still a community there, there is still a membership there, and there is still a free section where you can begin gently and explore the space. But there is also now the added benefit of being able to buy individual courses separately if that feels better for you, as well as digital downloads, so you can choose the kind of support that suits you best. Inside, you’ll find a growing library of gentle support for sleep, nervous system care, meditation, sound healing, grounding, breathwork, affirmations, and reconnection — all in one calm and easy-to-navigate space. A Beautiful Review - Thank You
I really love this meditation portal. I find the sessions comfortable, reassuring and calming and they fit perfectly into a busy day as I can listen at bedtime, when I can’t sleep (it works!) a relaxing half hour in the day or even when I’ve only got a few minutes. I like that there’s a good mix to choose from, so I can pick something that suits how I’m feeling. I’ve definitely noticed I’m less stressed and much better at switching off since using it. It’s become something I genuinely look forward to and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting a bit more calm in their day and to ease anxiety and stress.

A little update from me
Hello beautiful Soul, I just wanted to apologise that I haven’t shared anything new in here recently. Behind the scenes, I’ve been lovingly moving all of my content over to a new platform, and it’s feeling really beautiful and exciting. I’ve been putting so much care into creating a calmer, more spacious home for everything, so that it feels even easier for you to explore and receive the support you need. Thank you so much for your patience while I’ve been in this transition. I’m still here, and this space is still very much part of the journey. I can’t wait to share more with you very soon. New Reflection: Why You Feel Tired But Can’t Switch Off
Hello Beautiful Soul, I’ve just added a new reflection to the Understanding the Nervous System section called Why You Feel Tired But Can’t Switch Off. This is a gentle educational audio for those moments when the body feels exhausted but the mind and nervous system still don’t seem ready to let go. Together we explore why this can happen, why bedtime can become the moment everything catches up with you, and why this experience is often less about something being wrong and more about a system that is still carrying more than it has had time to settle. It isn’t a meditation and there’s nothing you need to do while listening. It’s simply a calm, compassionate space to understand your experience a little more gently and feel less alone in it.
