New Yoga Nidra now on Teachable
hello beautiful Soul I’ve just added a new Yoga Nidra practice over on Teachable 🤍 This one is called Yoga Nidra for Nervous System Healing, and it’s been created to support deep rest, full body relaxation, and a gentle softening of the nervous system. It’s especially lovely if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, tense, overstimulated, or like your body just can’t fully switch off. A beautiful new home for Bliss Yoga & Wellness
Hello beautiful Soul I’m so happy to share that my new Bliss Yoga & Wellness Teachable site is now live, and it feels so much more spacious, beautiful, and aligned with the way I want to hold this work 🤍 I really want to encourage you to make the move over there with me, as this is where I’ll be focusing my energy and continuing to build everything out more fully. The lovely thing is that there is still a community there, there is still a membership there, and there is still a free section where you can begin gently and explore the space. But there is also now the added benefit of being able to buy individual courses separately if that feels better for you, as well as digital downloads, so you can choose the kind of support that suits you best. @Julia Davison Thank you so much Julia 🤍 It’s set in dollars because the membership is open internationally, but it should convert for you depending on your bank/card provider. I’ll make sure I add a little note so it’s clearer for everyone. Thank you for pointing it out x

@Julia Davison I completely understand 🤍 I’ve tried to keep the membership as affordable as possible while still making it accessible internationally. It’s already at a really gentle price point, so hopefully any conversion fee would only be small, but I do appreciate you mentioning it x
A Beautiful Review - Thank You
I really love this meditation portal. I find the sessions comfortable, reassuring and calming and they fit perfectly into a busy day as I can listen at bedtime, when I can’t sleep (it works!) a relaxing half hour in the day or even when I’ve only got a few minutes. I like that there’s a good mix to choose from, so I can pick something that suits how I’m feeling. I’ve definitely noticed I’m less stressed and much better at switching off since using it. It’s become something I genuinely look forward to and I’d highly recommend it to anyone wanting a bit more calm in their day and to ease anxiety and stress.
