I’ve just added a new Yoga Nidra practice over on Teachable 🤍
This one is called Yoga Nidra for Nervous System Healing, and it’s been created to support deep rest, full body relaxation, and a gentle softening of the nervous system.
It’s especially lovely if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, tense, overstimulated, or like your body just can’t fully switch off.
