Bliss Yoga & Wellness is a calm, supportive online space for those who feel overstimulated, tired, emotionally overloaded, or find it hard to switch off. Inside, you’ll find a growing library of guided meditations, sleep support, breathing and regulation practices, sound healing, gentle yoga, mindset support, gratitude, affirmations, and introductions to Bach Flower Remedies. Everything here is designed to be taken at your own pace, without pressure or expectation. This is a space to soften, rest, reconnect, and gently support your nervous system. Hello beautiful souls ✨ I’m Melanie, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. Bliss Yoga & Wellness was created as a gentle, supportive space to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find moments of calm in everyday life. Here you’ll find practices rooted in yoga, meditation, sound healing, and Bach flower remedies — all shared with care, simplicity, and ease. This is a living, evolving space. Over time, I’ll be adding more meditations, breathing practices, sound journeys, reflections, and teachings to support you in different seasons of life. You’re welcome to explore what’s here now and return whenever you need — knowing this library will continue to grow. This community isn’t about fixing yourself or striving to be something else. It’s a place to soften, breathe, listen, and come home to yourself, in your own time and in your own way. hello beautiful Soul I’ve just added a new Yoga Nidra practice over on Teachable 🤍 This one is called Yoga Nidra for Nervous System Healing, and it’s been created to support deep rest, full body relaxation, and a gentle softening of the nervous system. It’s especially lovely if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, tired, tense, overstimulated, or like your body just can’t fully switch off.
