If you've spent any time researching peptides, you've probably heard of BPC-157.
It's especially popular in conversations around injuries, tendons, joints, and recovery.
But here's where I think people get ahead of themselves...
There is a BIG difference between something being popular online and something being proven in humans.
BPC-157 has some interesting preclinical research, particularly in animals.
But human clinical evidence is still very limited outside of people buying it on research side of things.
That doesn't make the research worthless especially with all the hype online from people using it.
It means we need to be honest about what we know, and what we don't, and what people are claiming.
