I’d Love Ya Support!
Okay guys I hope all is well! I’ve officially gone live with my BH Survival Guide and I’d love your support to get it out there! If you check my instagram you’ll see my not so fancy post on it. If Possible (no pressure on it though!) I’d love if you could repost and share it on your story for any of your friends who may get some starter gym value from it! Either way appreciate you lot!
Choc Chip Muffins
Hey guys, Not a fan of protein powder muffins but these are genuinely 10/10! Used applesauce (sweetened or unsweetened) to replace fat while keeping them moist and lower calorie. Greek yogurt for protein and thickness, and egg whites instead of whole eggs :)

Happy Pancake Day! Recipe Attached
Tomorrow (17/02) is pancake day - now you could just buy a protein pancake mix but equally it’s cheaper and better for your tracking to make it yourself! And more fun. I’ve used this recipe from my protein before - it works. If you don’t wish to use protein powder try some Greek yogurt - don’t like oats try rice flour! Doesn’t even have to be banana and the topping you can pick (there is a zero calorie maple syrup you can buy… or honey. Just saying) Give it a go and let us know how you get on 👌🏻 As a poll what is your pancake topping of choice? I am defo game do peanut butter and dark chocolate 🤣https://www.myprotein.com/thezone/recipe/foolproof-protein-pancake-recipes/

Built on Repetition
Been asked to post a bit about food. And guys I am always happy to help and support you all - just a message away as I know it can be tricky I mean you just need to see the before photo from 2022 🫣 ( I have a great low fat brownie recipe by the way 😉 )but - here is the story: January this year: 86kg Today: 80.1kg And I’m not special at all. This hasn’t come from cutting foods. It’s come from repeating the same structure over and over again and sticking to plan. I’ve logged my food with @Ben Hunt for over three years now. I’m fairly sure I’ve bored him senseless sending variations of the same meals week after week. But that’s kind of the point. Most of my days look very similar: • Structured macros • Logged daily • Repeating meals • No guessing But I always include foods I actually enjoy. Peanut butter. Raspberries/ fruit Dark chocolate etc. Things some people label as “treats” — but they have a place in the plan. No extremes. No cutting entire food groups. No dramatic switches. Just food I can stick to consistently. The progress hasn’t come from motivation. It’s come from repetition. It might look boring from the outside, and don’t get me wrong I love a good doughnut, cake - anything sweet really - but - boring done consistently works! Trust me. By the way I find posing pictures cringe - so might delete this later - but I need to gain the confidence again! Feel free to drop me a message if you need any advice, ideas or a chat! 🤝 have a great weekend! Stay winning!
