Have a go let us know how you get on!!! 🎂🍫 Prep-Friendly Birthday Brownie (Air Fryer / Oven 🥣 Ingredients (6 portions) - 100g sticky toffee cream of rice (CNP brand is banging - can use chocolate flavour as well) - 180–200ml water - 105g 0% fat Greek yogurt - 25g whey protein (chocolate or caramel) - 10g cocoa powder - 15–20g sweetener (optional - I don’t it’s sweet enough) - 1/2 tsp baking powder - Pinch of salt - 50g cooking dark chocolate chips - it’s my 41st after all). -cinnamon (for dusting) 👨🍳 Method 1. Cook cream of rice with water until thick. 2. Let it cool for 2–3 minutes. 3. Stir in yogurt, protein, cocoa, baking powder, salt. 4. Fold in chocolate . 5. Pour into a small lined dish. 1. Add remaining chocolate chips to top 🔥 Cooking Options Air Fryer (what I used): - 160°C for 15–20 mins - Top should be set, middle slightly soft Oven: - 180°C for 12–15 mins 👉 Don’t overcook — it firms up as it coils - Cool fully - Fridge overnight By morning it turns into a dense, fudgy brownie texture. --- 🍽️ Macros Per serving: ~192 kcal, 26g carbs, 10.2g protein 🎯 Serving Tip - Add a spoon of 0% Greek yogurt on top - Light dusting of cinnamon or cocoa 💡 Takeaway You don’t need to come off plan to enjoy something like this.
