Happy Women's Month ladies, It’s Women’s Month — and we’re choosing support over punishment. Our Miles in March challenge will be March 8–28. This isn’t about extremes. It's about intentional movement that supports your midlife body. Here’s how it works: Choose your level:✔ 2 miles per day or✔ 3 miles per day Then walk outside. On a treadmill. ❤️ Why Heart Health Matters for Women Over 35 Let’s talk woman to woman. Most of us worry about breast cancer. We worry about our weight. We worry about our hormones. But heart disease? We don’t think about it nearly enough. And yet… it remains the #1 cause of death for women in the United States. Not cancer. Not accidents. Heart disease. The scary part? It often develops quietly. After 35, our bodies begin to shift: Estrogen starts to fluctuate. Blood pressure can creep up. LDL cholesterol may rise. Insulin resistance becomes more common. Stress hits differently. Sleep changes. Belly fat becomes harder to lose. All of these impact the heart. And here’s what makes it even more serious for women: Our symptoms can look different. Not always crushing chest pain. You need consistency. This 7-Day Heart Health Challenge isn’t about restriction. It’s about awareness. It’s about prevention. It’s about power. Because protecting your heart isn’t selfish.
