A little nugget from our May Mentorship
In April we focused on Safety, leading us into May on Trust in our 5-month Authentic Power Series. In May, we’re gently building on what we opened in April… Because once safety is felt…Trust becomes possible. Not forced. Not figured out. But felt. Most of us think we need certainty, answers, or the “right” decision…But underneath all of that… is trust. Trust in yourself. Trust in your body. Trust in your inner voice. When you feel trust. You stop searching outside of yourself. You begin to listen… instead of overthinking. You take aligned action, even when it feels small. When trust isn’t there, you question yourself. You hesitate. You look for validation. You stay stuck between choices. But trust doesn’t come from having all the answers…It comes from being willing to listen. Right now, in this moment…Without trying to fix or change anything… Can you notice this. Awareness without judgment. Where do I feel trust in my body? Where do I feel hesitation or doubt? No judgment. Just awareness. What did you notice? Journal Prompts: Where in my life am I not trusting myself right now? What does trust feel like in my body? What is one small way I can practice trusting myself this week? I’m so excited to continue building this with you and to house all of this goodness here in Skool. April Authentic Power Workshop In April we’re focusing on something foundational… Something that changes everything… Safety. Not outside of you… but within you. Most of us think we need confidence, motivation or clarity… But underneath all of that… is safety. When you feel safe: You can hear yourself, You can feel your emotions without shutting down. You can take small, aligned actions because of your awareness of safety. When you don’t feel safe, you overthink, people-please, disconnect from your truth, and let fear lead. Right now in this moment, without changing anything… What are you feeling in your body? Please let us know. No judgment. Just awareness. What did you notice? Journal prompts: Where in my life do I not feel safe to be myself? What does safety feel like in my body now? What is one small way I can support myself in feeling safe this week?
