Start Here 💫
Welcome to the Authentic Power Collective. I’m really glad you’re here. This space is simple by design. You don’t need to learn everything, catch up, or do it perfectly. Just begin where you are. This is a space for awareness, grounding, and returning to yourself, one moment at a time. 🌿 How to Begin If you’re new, follow this gentle path: 1. Read the Welcome PostStart with the pinned Welcome message to understand the heart of this space. 2. Join a Coffee Hour (when you feel ready)You don’t need to prepare anything. Just show up as you are. Due to season they will be random and an email will be sent. 3. Explore one practice at a time and begin with a grounding practice or guided reflection that feels supportive and the not overwhelming. 4. Share when you feel called and there is no pressure to post. But when you do, this space meets you with support, not judgment. 💫 What This Space Is About This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about: - Becoming aware of what’s happening within you - Learning to meet yourself without judgment - Taking small, aligned actions from that awareness - Returning to your authentic power, again and again - Awareness is the beginning. - Action is the integration. - Your power is what returns. A Gentle Reminder You don’t need to do this perfectly. You don’t need to rush your process. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Just come back to yourself, one moment at a time. 💬 If You’d Like to Connect for a clarity session with me, lets connect for the link. 🔗 Feel free to introduce yourself below and share: What brought you here? Remember we are in this together. — Angela 💫

August 12th Morning Reflection
Good morning beautiful friends. ☀️ Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “You share confusion and you are confused, for in the gap no stable exists.” This one makes me think about what happens when we allow ourselves to live in the space between what we know and what we fear. When we are confused, we can look outside ourselves for certainty, someone else’s opinion, approval, explanation, or answer. But what if the answer isn’t found by filling the gap with more information? What if we become still enough to recognize what feels true within? Today, instead of trying to solve every uncertainty, perhaps we can simply pause and ask: “What do I know when I become quiet?” Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder. Sometimes it comes when we stop filling the space with confusion and allow ourselves to become still. Where are you being invited to trust your own inner clarity today? Open for discussion. 🧐
August 11th, Morning Reflection
Good morning beautiful friends. Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “Learning is change.” We often think learning means gathering more information. But what if true learning is something deeper? It changes the way we see. It changes the way we respond. It changes the stories we have believed about ourselves. It changes what we are willing to release. And sometimes, the greatest learning isn’t becoming more of who we thought we were… It’s discovering that we were never meant to remain the same. What have you learned that has changed the way you see yourself, your life, or the world? Perhaps change isn’t evidence that we’re lost. Perhaps change is evidence that we’re learning. Open for discussion. 🥰
August 10th Reflection
Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “It brings all the images you have made about yourself to the truth, and helps you depart in peace, unburdened and certain of your purpose.” How many images have we created about who we are? The successful one. The strong one. The one who must have it all together. The one who has to please everyone. The one who believes they are not enough. We can spend so much of our lives trying to live up to an image of ourselves that we forget to simply be. What if peace comes from laying those images down? Not becoming someone new, but allowing what is already true within us to be remembered. What image of yourself are you ready to release today? Perhaps freedom begins when we no longer need to prove who we are. Open for discussion.

Before we can clear internal clutter or step into authentic power, we must first learn how to return to safety within ourselves, our nervous system.
