A little nugget from our May Mentorship
In April we focused on Safety, leading us into May on Trust in our 5-month Authentic Power Series.
In May, we’re gently building on what we opened in April…
Because once safety is felt…Trust becomes possible.
Not forced.
Not figured out.
But felt.
Most of us think we need certainty, answers, or the “right” decision…But underneath all of that… is trust.
Trust in yourself.
Trust in your body.
Trust in your inner voice.
When you feel trust.
You stop searching outside of yourself.
You begin to listen… instead of overthinking.
You take aligned action, even when it feels small.
When trust isn’t there, you question yourself.
You look for validation.
You stay stuck between choices.
But trust doesn’t come from having all the answers…It comes from being willing to listen.
Right now, in this moment…Without trying to fix or change anything…
Can you notice this. Awareness without judgment.
Where do I feel trust in my body?
Where do I feel hesitation or doubt?
No judgment. Just awareness.
