Before we can clear internal clutter or step into authentic power, we must first learn how to return to safety within ourselves, our nervous system.

Good morning beautiful friends. Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “It does not matter if another thinks your gifts unworthy.” How often do we allow someone else’s opinion to make us question what we bring to the world? We may begin to doubt our abilities, our kindness, our ideas, our creativity, or even the purpose we feel called toward. But someone else’s inability to recognize your gift does not make the gift less valuable. Your worth isn’t determined by another person’s perception of you. Perhaps today is an invitation to stop asking: “Do they see my value?” And instead ask: “Do I recognize the value of what I have to give?” Your gifts don’t need everyone’s approval. They simply need your willingness to share them. Open for discussion.

Good morning beautiful friends. Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “The world must thank you when you offer it release from your illusions.” What if letting go of our illusions isn’t only an act of freedom for ourselves, but a gift to everyone around us? Every time we release an old story, a judgment, an expectation, or a belief about how things should be, we create space to see with greater clarity. We don’t have to change the world. We can begin by changing the lens through which we see it. And perhaps when we stop asking others to fit the stories we’ve created about them, we offer them the freedom to simply be. Today, ask yourself: “What illusion am I ready to release?” Maybe it is an old story about yourself. Maybe it is a judgment about someone else. Maybe it is a belief that you have carried for so long you’ve forgotten it was ever a choice. Release doesn’t mean losing. Sometimes release is coming home to what is true. What are you ready to see differently today? Open for discussion.

August 12th Morning Reflection
Good morning beautiful friends. ☀️ Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “You share confusion and you are confused, for in the gap no stable exists.” This one makes me think about what happens when we allow ourselves to live in the space between what we know and what we fear. When we are confused, we can look outside ourselves for certainty, someone else’s opinion, approval, explanation, or answer. But what if the answer isn’t found by filling the gap with more information? What if we become still enough to recognize what feels true within? Today, instead of trying to solve every uncertainty, perhaps we can simply pause and ask: “What do I know when I become quiet?” Sometimes clarity doesn’t come from thinking harder. Sometimes it comes when we stop filling the space with confusion and allow ourselves to become still. Where are you being invited to trust your own inner clarity today? Open for discussion. 🧐

Good morning beautiful friends. Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “Learning is change.” We often think learning means gathering more information. But what if true learning is something deeper? It changes the way we see. It changes the way we respond. It changes the stories we have believed about ourselves. It changes what we are willing to release. And sometimes, the greatest learning isn’t becoming more of who we thought we were… It’s discovering that we were never meant to remain the same. What have you learned that has changed the way you see yourself, your life, or the world? Perhaps change isn’t evidence that we’re lost. Perhaps change is evidence that we’re learning. Open for discussion. 🥰
August 10th Reflection
Today’s sentence from A Course in Miracles: “It brings all the images you have made about yourself to the truth, and helps you depart in peace, unburdened and certain of your purpose.” How many images have we created about who we are? The successful one. The strong one. The one who must have it all together. The one who has to please everyone. The one who believes they are not enough. We can spend so much of our lives trying to live up to an image of ourselves that we forget to simply be. What if peace comes from laying those images down? Not becoming someone new, but allowing what is already true within us to be remembered. What image of yourself are you ready to release today? Perhaps freedom begins when we no longer need to prove who we are. Open for discussion.
