This week and last week's workout of the days are all in there. You can pick and choose which you like or you can do them daily as well! They aren't crazy taxing and if you only want to do the cardio pieces at the end, that's cool too! No wrong way to do them. If you have questions on them, let me know!
Coming this week, I'll also have workout of the days coming in the classroom as a course! Each day, there will be a new workout for those who like changing it up daily or adding in a little more to their current training! The training program will also be coming this week!
