Something I’ve been playing with for a while now, and experienced many times, but never really managed to hold onto, is working consciously with the emotion of love. Just like sadness, desire, anger or any other strong emotion, love carries an incredible intensity. And we can use that intensity to experience life more deeply, to feel more alive. For me, love keeps coming back into my life in different forms. And something beautiful happens when I stop directing that love only toward one particular person. When you feel that deep love for a man or woman, what if you could take that same feeling, that same loving gaze, and direct it toward all of life? Toward every person you meet. Toward nature. Toward everything around you. Not trying to create love, but simply allowing it to expand. Yesterday, I was experiencing this again this strong emotionof loving someone, and then I kept that feeling and later I gave my friend Jonas a hug. Just a simple, genuine hug. And it felt so beautiful to express that love freely, without needing anything in return. Today, I already lost that feeling again. 😄 And that’s okay. I’m still exploring it. But every time I experience it, I’m reminded how powerful this really is. What if we could look at everyone and everything with the same loving eyes we look at someone we’re deeply in love with? Something magical starts to happen. The world doesn’t necessarily change, but the way we experience it changes completely. And maybe the practice is not about holding onto love, but about remembering to open ourselves to it again and again. ❤️ That’s something I wanted to share with you today. Have you ever experienced this? That feeling of love expanding beyond one person into everything around you? I’d love to hear your reflections. 🙏🌊 Always Follow the Energy. This is F.L.O.W.
