Missing all the classes!
Hey there FLOW world. Growing steadily i see.... You dont know me, i have never visited a session lead by Advaita. I am still learning comfortably very much, alone. I hope im not too "Stranger Danger" to be posting here, but i wanted to misuse the public postings here to share some of my thoughts lately. I have been going back through Advaitas now extensive catalogue on youtube and have found more fun and deeper fullfilment from Uajayii Breathing. I used to gloss over this exercise but finally had a perfect series with this technique. I kept at this exercise because Advaita said in his video its one of his favorites. Just like with a song that a friend loves very much, i kept coming back to it to find out "why". I think i know now. To more Frivoulous matters: Currently (about a week now) the Person/Personality/Figure known as Russel Brand is being tried for Sexual misconduct in the UK. Oftentimes people find their path through the most unusual ways. Russel Brand was the first Media personality that brought me to Kundalini and Awareness School. I was not aware of famous gurus like Baijan, Krischnamurti, Osho, Rumi, Tolle etc. It was a different world for me until i saw Russel Brand on youtube simply teaching the beginning steps to Yoga (opening chant, alternate nostril Breathing, diaphragmatic techniques etc.) Something about the person made it able for me to listen for extended sessions, repeadetly. Funny thing about that, most people i share him with tell me they cannot listen to him speak for even 5 mins. I am forever thankful to him and its most unusual to see your selfappointed early spirit guide being paraded infront of international attention. I guess when you live long enough, you sometimes see your "heroes" fall or get denounced. I just wanted to share that. I later found out that many great teachers and guides are accused of heinous crimes. It almost seems like its "part of the program". Have you ever had such an experience? Have you ever been inspired and later dissapointed in your teachers or heroes? Did it make your own journey more insightful? What do you think you learned?

🌊 TODAY’S SESSION REFLECTION — HOW DEEP DID THE BREATH TAKE YOU?
Unfortunately, we had to end today’s session a little earlier because we lost the connection. But I feel we already went quite deep with the breathwork! ❤️ I would really love to hear from everyone who participated today. How was your experience with Conscious Connected Breathing? Especially during the breath holds and the moments of stillness afterward. Did you notice any emotions, sensations, memories or something unexpected coming up? How did you feel after the session? Was there anything you could take away or integrate into your everyday life? And is there something you would like to explore more deeply next time? Usually, I teach this kind of breathwork in person, where I can guide and support everyone individually. But I’m exploring ways to bring a gentler, more accessible version into our online sessions as well. It’s a powerful practice that can help us connect with emotions, become aware of deeply held tension, and sometimes allow things we’ve been carrying for a long time to finally soften and release. Of course, everyone experiences it differently, and there’s no need to force anything. Sometimes the deepest experiences happen when we simply allow ourselves to feel. I’d love to hear your reflections, even if your experience was simply peaceful or relaxing. 🙏 Thank you all for breathing and exploring with me today. Always Follow the Energy.
WEEKLY WIN — THE MORE RELAXED YOU ARE, THE MORE LIFE YOU CAN HANDLE
One of my biggest realizations this past week was learning, once again, how to move out of tension and back into relaxation. And there is one simple but powerful tool I want to share with you. Ask yourself 100 or even 200 times a day: Am I relaxed right now? Am I relaxed right now? Am I relaxed right now? And every time you notice tension, soften your body, relax your breath, and come back to the present moment. Because here is something I’ve experienced again and again: Activity should happen from relaxation, not tension. You can be incredibly active, fully involved in life, doing so many things, while remaining deeply relaxed within. And actually, the more relaxed you become, the more intensity you can experience and hold. As our life energy increases, we need to learn how to stay relaxed in the body and still in the mind. Otherwise, we easily become overwhelmed or burn ourselves out. When the mind becomes still, all that unnecessary noise starts to disappear. We begin to see clearly again. We become more sensitive to what life is showing us and where our energy naturally wants to flow. And relaxation is something we can practice! Through breathing, movement, yoga, meditation, sauna, cold water, swimming in the ocean, or simply becoming aware of where we’re holding tension. Sometimes, when we finally relax, we even begin to notice discomfort or pain in the body that we weren’t aware of before. The key is to develop that sensitivity. To really understand what it feels like to be relaxed, not just when sitting in meditation, but in the middle of everyday life. The goal is not to do less. It’s to do more from a place of inner stillness. ❤️ That was my win this week, and I wanted to share it with you. Now I’m curious: 👇 What was your biggest win or realization this past week? And maybe ask yourself right now… Am I relaxed? 😄 Always Follow the Energy. This is F.L.O.W. 🌊🙏

@Barbara Pederson It’s easier than we think! 😊 And the benefits of simply coming back to these small moments of conscious relaxation are almost immediate. We tense up all the time, even in the smallest interactions and everyday situations, often without even noticing it. Just observe yourself and notice the difference every time you consciously relax again. Step by step. You’ll see how your energy and the intensity of your experience of life naturally increase when the mind becomes still and the body is relaxed. The more relaxed we become, the more intensity we can experience and hold.

@Frank Eggink Yes, we always talk about the past, the future, or being in the present moment. But even thinking about the future or dwelling on the past is still an experience happening right here, in this very moment. When we truly realize that there is only this moment, and that every single moment is precious and completely unique, something shifts. We stop trying so hard to be present and begin to recognize that we have never actually been anywhere else.
Drifting.
I have neglected my regular routines and rituals pertaining to spiritual care for about a month now. Alex starting up the FLOW campaign again is a ramp for me to get back into gear. I want to say thanks for finding your way here. I will elaborate some other time but i just wanted to put a journal entry here. I know that this is a blessing, a community to share my spiritual stuff with. Have a awesome freekin weekend yall!!

Life is not about routines. The only thing we can be certain of is the uncertainty of life. 😄 So why not make it your discipline, your daily practice, to simply follow life? Follow your impulses, follow your energy! What are your deepest desires? What are you living for? What would you even be willing to die for? What gives you inspiration, enthusiasm, joy, lightness and love? What makes you feel so alive that you just know which direction to go? Why not make following that energy your discipline? Your routine? And of course, if there are certain practices that support you, bring them into your life! I’ve actually neglected some of my own practices a little recently. That’s also one of the reasons I started this community again. To teach more regularly, support others on their journey, and at the same time keep growing myself. To become a little more conscious, a little more alive every day. And if not, at least not fall too far back. 😂 Make every day the most awesome freaking adventure! Why not? The only thing really holding us back is often ourselves and our own minds. Don’t let anyone discourage you, not even your own mind. Follow the energy. Trust life. See where it takes you. 🌊❤️ Hope to see you tomorrow! 🙏
