Clarification on Don't Hate, Automate in Atlassian Builders’ Summit 2025

Hi everyone,

I was going through the video (https://www.skool.com/atlassian-everything/classroom/64ad22b9?md=8217bbbca6af42d192bf6651df13b224), and from around 41:00, the speaker mentions something along with Automation.

The subtitles show a term that looks like “Pop-lots” (not sure if I am hearing it correctly).

Could someone please help clarify what exactly is being referred to here and what this automation is about?
