Intro To Fasting with a 48hour fast
We are going to run a 30 day fasting/protein reset starting Sunday night! Last meal is Sundays dinner. Next meal is Tuesday at 7pm. Perform your first fasted workout Monday with a 20 minute routine I'll post up Sunday!
